Tapestry of life

“…It is through movement that I feel most stable. Engagement in short-term activity creates a perpetuation that is rarely the solution but rather the journey. One that I am required to take in order for things to shift. It is by one’s journey how ideas and beliefs are crystalised. It is in one’s lessons that subjectivity is shattered into shards of a thousand pieces. We all tell a story; that story is never complete. The lessons we learn are there to be shared, and it is in the sharing where we expand as we sew the threads of our lives into the consciousness of the collective, weaving our rightful place in the tapestry of humanities endeavour to continuously evolve…like it or not, it is by trauma that we shift most profoundly; in the belly of the beast is where our unconscious blueprint awakens...we are continually seeking the destination, but it is in the journey where our lives are told”
